Created on the idea that talent search and consulting services are frequently sought after by start-ups and mid-sized companies looking to scale but have limited capital (financial and human) to do so, Fifty22 Talent seeks to partner with these businesses to help them achieve their growth objectives at reasonable costs. 

Founder and CEO, Ryan Winthrop, built Fifty22 Talent after gaining extensive HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience consulting businesses across all industries and life cycles.  Ryan has developed a specialty in B2B Sales and HR recruitment and consulting gained over his 10+ years working with a leading outsourced sales organization. During this time he oversaw the hiring and placements of over 1,000 candidates, representing hundreds of client organizations in the SaaS/high-tech, IT, Cyber Security, Healthcare, Insurance, and other Professional Services industries. 

As a certified HR professional (PHR) with a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ryan combines his passion for organizational and human behavior with an intrinsic motivation to help exceptional individuals and companies find each other for a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership. Additionally, Ryan applies his coaching and athletic mentality to his daily activities where he believes that talent alone will not equate to success.  It's a combination of effort and talent that will result in the desired outcomes.
