Founder and CEO, Ryan Winthrop, built Fifty22 Talent after gaining extensive HR and Talent Acquisition leadership experience consulting businesses across all industries and life cycles. Ryan has developed a specialty in B2B Sales and HR recruitment and consulting gained over his 10+ years working with a leading outsourced sales organization. During this time he oversaw the hiring and placements of over 1,000 candidates, representing hundreds of client organizations in the SaaS/high-tech, IT, Cyber Security, Healthcare, Insurance, and other Professional Services industries.
As a certified HR professional (PHR) with a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ryan combines his passion for organizational and human behavior with an intrinsic motivation to help exceptional individuals and companies find each other for a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership. Additionally, Ryan applies his coaching and athletic mentality to his daily activities where he believes that talent alone will not equate to success. It's a combination of effort and talent that will result in the desired outcomes.
